What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled rental will receive a refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations without the required 24-hour notice.
Are alcohol or drugs permitted?
Alcohol/Drugs are strictly prohibited. The regulations governing drug or alcohol consumption on the water are identical to those on the road, and enforcement is carried out by the local Police Department.
Do you offer multi-day bookings?
Multi-day bookings are available to book by phone call only. Give us a call and we can chat about setting up your watercraft rental with Lakeside Water Rentals.
Do we need to bring our own life jackets?
Do the rentals include fuel?
Do you need a boat license?
No, we provide fitted personal flotation devices as a part of our onboarding to the appointment. If you wish to bring your own, you may as long as they are proper safety standards.
Fuel is included in your 1 & 2 hour jet-ski rental packages. You will receive your water crafts with a full fuel tank to enjoy throughout your rental period. For 4 & 8 hour rental packages jet-skis will need to be returned with a full tank or you will be charged our fuel costs upon arrival.
No but our best practice is to provide you with a temporary boating license for the duration of your rental with us.
What payment methods do you offer?
What are the age requirements to rent?
In order to secure the damage deposit, a credit card will be necessary. However, for the initial rental payment, we accept various forms of payment including credit, debit or cash.
For our watercraft rentals, our age requirement is 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license. For Paddle board rentals, our age requirement is 16 years of age. Any children need to be accompanied by an adult.
